Event Terms & Conditions – Non-Refundable but Transferable Policy
1. All event registrations, tickets, and related payments are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.
2. Tickets are transferable to another individual prior to the event, subject to approval by the event organizer.
3. All transfer requests must be submitted no later than two (2) months before the event date.
4. Each ticket may be transferred only once. The original purchaser remains fully responsible for providing accurate and complete transfer details.
5. No refunds will be issued for non-attendance, inability to attend, illness, personal reasons, travel issues, visa delays, or scheduling conflicts.
In the event of postponement or rescheduling, tickets will automatically remain valid for the revised date. Refunds will not be issued in such cases.
6. The event organizer reserves the right to modify the event program, speakers, venue, format, or schedule at any time without prior notice.
7. By completing the registration and purchasing a ticket, the attendee acknowledges and agrees to abide by these Terms & Conditions, including the non-refundable but transferable policy.
